Improved customer communication with service texts:
We listened to your feedback! You told us clear, timely communication with your customers is a top priority. Service texts address this need by providing a convenient and efficient way to keep your customers informed about your arrival time, service completion, and any unforeseen delays with customers.

- Increased efficiency: Automated messages save time and ensure you and your customers stay informed.
- Streamlined communication: Eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth conversations with one-way updates.
Major Feature Enhancements
Work Orders
Recording your chemical readings and dosages in your Work Orders has been one of our most requested feature requests, and now you can! Once you’re in a Work Order, navigate to the body of water you’d like to record a reading or dosage for, and you’ll see the same great controls you’ve always had for your service stops.
Readings and Dosages recorded during a Work Order will appear in all the same reports you have access to and your dosages can be invoiced via Skimmer Billing. You can also include chemical readings and dosages in Work Order finished emails that are sent to your customers
*Please note that Work Orders may now contain chemical dosages, so update your prices accordingly before sending your customers invoices that contain Work Orders.
Increase in Photo Uploads
You can now upload more photos of route stops, work orders, and service locations for enhanced accountability, detailed records, and improved communication.

- Great news for customers just integrating with QBO! Now, when you enable the QBO integration, you can sync your existing invoices and payments from a specific date. This saves you time and ensures your financial data is up-to-date in QBO.
- You can now keep better track of your equipment by adding notes to each piece of equipment. This helps capture important details like:
- Installation dates
- Warranty expiration dates
- Serial numbers
- Maintenance schedules
- Any other relevant information
- We've also included several bug fixes to improve overall performance and stability.
Mobile app update reminder
If you’re still using version 11.4 of our mobile app, you’d need to move to 11.6.1 to use the newly released features and feature enhancements.
