The Unscheduled Bin shows work orders that have been created but not scheduled, reminders for work orders that need to be created and scheduled, and customers without a maintenance route assignment. You can select what you want to view from dropdown at top. When you choose Work Orders, you'll see those that have been created but not scheduled. Click to reveal additional options on right:
Service Details – filter for specific work order types, and filter out work orders that don’t currently have a service date.
Techs – view only unscheduled work orders that are assigned to certain techs, and filter work orders that don’t currently have an assigned tech.

Click a work order, and if you’re displaying the Map, the pin drop for that work order will open a box showing customer’s name and location, information about this work order, and if there are other unscheduled work orders for this customer. You can edit or even Finish unscheduled work orders right here. If you try to Finish this work order, it will prompt you to assign a tech and a service date first.
Clicking edit will open the Edit Work Order screen, where you can change anything you want, as well as assign tech/service date.

To schedule this work order, click and hold the icon, drag it up to the Calendar, and drop it into the tech and day you want to assign. A Schedule Work Order box will appear. Confirm the details, then click Schedule. You can drop it into the little Route Summary, or the Route Detail on the right, and you’ll get the same result.
Note that the Unscheduled Bin is date-aware when it comes to work orders. If you have attached a date but not completed scheduling a work order, it will appear in the bin during the week of the date you attached to it.

Click a Reminder. On the Map, a box will open for the corresponding pin drop. You’ll get information about the customer, other work orders scheduled for them this week, and reminders for work orders that still need to be created. You can click to create those work orders from the pin drop. For context, you can also see the weekly route stop for this customer, and move it if you like.
Want to use a Reminder to schedule a work order? Click and hold the icon, drag it to the tech and day you want to assign the work order to, and release. A box will open, and you can set all the work order details and click to create and schedule it.
For No Maintenance Customers, you can filter for who hasn’t had a scheduled route stop in the last 30/60/90 days. For each customer, can click anything that’s hyperlinked and it will bring up more information about their account and a button to view their full profile. Create a route assignment in two ways:
First, click and hold their icon, then drag and drop it into the Calendar. An Add Route Assignment box will appear. Confirm or change what you need to, then assign that route.
Second, click the pin drop on the map. You will get the same box, except you’ll need to add all the necessary details.
