Add a Service Location (App)

Step-by-step instructions . . .

In Customers tab, find the customer you’d like to add a service location for, and select them.

In the Service Location box, tap Add.

In the Add Location screen, enter all pertinent information for the customer's new service location. This may include address, gate code, dog's name, rate and rate type, labor cost and type, minutes at stop (if you wish to override the 15-minute default), and location notes.

Choose the bodies of water that will be serviced at the new service location.

Next, complete the route assignment section to include this new service location in your routes.

Here you can see that an arrow has appeared next to Service Location, indicating that there are multiple locations associated with this customer. Tap on the arrow.

This brings up a Service Location selector screen. You can choose the original or the new location.

Here we can see the new service location has been chosen.
