Why don't I see a section or metric that other people on my team see?
Every section and metric follows your account permissions. If you don't have permission to view something, it doesn't show at all. Check with your admin if you think you're missing something you should have access to.
How do I change which sections show on my Home page?
Select Customize in the top-right corner, turn sections and metrics on or off, then select Save. Closing the drawer without saving discards your changes.
If I customize my Home page, does it change what my team sees?
No. Customize settings apply only to your own login. Other users on your account can set up their Home pages differently.
Why did a card disappear from Needs your attention?
Cards only show up when there's something to act on. Once you resolve an issue, for example, you collect an overdue payment or reschedule a skipped stop, the card drops off. If nothing needs attention, the whole section stays hidden.
What counts as a "skipped stop"?
A route stop where routine service wasn't completed yesterday.
When does a technician show up as "running late"?
When they're more than 10 minutes past their scheduled start time. Select the card to jump to Today's operations for more detail.
What time period does Business health cover?
30 days by default. However, you can click the date field to select a different date range. Select the link under any metric to see the full report with more date range options.
Who can use "Ask about your business"?
This option is only available to users with the Can view AI Insights permission.
How do I request an instant payout?
Select Pay out instantly on the Instant payouts card. It shows your current available balance before you request a payout.
What happens when I finish the onboarding checklist?
The checklist disappears once you complete every step. If you don't complete the setup steps within 30 days, you can click the Dismiss option to close the checklist.
Can I skip adding my team during setup?
Yes. Select skip, I work solo on the invite-your-team step if you don't need to add technicians yet.
Where do I get the Skimmer mobile app?
The Getting started section on your Home page includes download links for the App Store and Google Play, plus a QR code, while your account is new.
