Move a Route Stop from the Route Dashboard (App)

Some days, unexpected things happen. Maybe an early stop took a long time, or one of your techs calls in sick. Whatever the reason, now you need to make some changes. Well, Skimmer makes it easy to move route assignments with just a few taps. First, go to the route dashboard and make sure you have correct day indicated. Then choose the tech whose assignments need to move.
You'll see the lineup of route stops for that day. To make a change, see the bottom of screen, where there's a blue bar with a white check mark. Tap the check mark and white circle will appear around it. The message next to the check mark will change to Move Selected Customers. Tap the route assignments you would like to move, and check marks will appear next to your selections. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the blue bar has confirmed the number of route assignment you selected. When you have selected everything you need to move, tap the blue bar.
On the next screen, note that at the top you can choose to make this a one-time or permanent move. Then choose the tech you’re moving assignments. On the next screen, choose the day you want to move the route assignments to.
The move is then completed.
