Step-by-step instructions . . .

1
Because Skimmer keeps data in the cloud, you’re able to view that data on multiple devices. So if you have a phone and a tablet, you can have the Skimmer app on both, and you can login and view your route information on either one. However, when it comes to entering new data and managing your route, each user needs to choose only ONE device to do that, and that’s where the Primary Route Device comes in.
2
Bring up the Skimmer app and navigate to Settings tab. You’ll see the last toggle available in the Sync Zone is Primary Device for Route. If you only use one device for Skimmer, this will need to be toggled on for that device. However, if you use multiple devices, this should be toggled on for only ONE of those devices. That’ll be your main device, the one you use to enter information and manage your route. If you have more than one device marked as primary, it can result in duplicated route stops. So, if you ever login, and you see that you have two of each stop listed for the day, it means you’ve got more than one device marked as Primary, and all but one of them will need to have that switched off. But if you just keep one marked, you’ll be good to go.
