Step-by-step instructions . . .

- We’ve shown you how to create a new work order. Now we’ll show you how to edit and delete one you’ve already created. First, we’ll find the customer we’ve created the work order for, tap on their name, and navigate down to the work order.

- To edit, simply tap on the work order itself, and the edit screen will appear. We're going to make changes to the tech, scheduled time, and charge to the customer. Once you've made your changes, no save button is necessary, it’s already captured. So you can just back out of the work order and all the new changes are there. We can also navigate to the route screen to confirm that the work order has been reassigned to a new tech.

- What if you decide this work order isn’t necessary at all? Deletion is very easy. Just swipe left on the work order and a trash can icon appears. Tap the icon, confirm, and the deletion is complete.

- You can also access scheduled work orders through the Admin Panel. And you’ll see here that you can perform the same functions. Tap into the work order to edit, or swipe to delete.
