Select Settings > Service Emails

Under Where to Send Emails, select from the following options:
  • Send to customer email unless on the Do Not Email List: Customers will receive an email unless there’s a specific reason you’ve chosen not to send them one.

  • Send to customer email. If an email is missing or on the Do Not Email List, send to alternate address will send emails to the alternate email for you to receive if your customer does not have an email or is on the Do Not Email List.

  • Send to Alternate Email below instead of customer email will send service email to the alternative you provide.

Click Save.
